Tags and notes

Select a keyword to open its details panel, below its history.

• Tags: click Add tag. Tags appear beneath the keyword and as filter chips above the table.
• Keyword note: type free text in the note field.
• App note: each tracked app has a note too.

A tag is shared by every keyword that has it, in every app. Rename tag… changes it everywhere, and a name that already exists merges the two tags. Delete tag… removes it from every keyword that has it. The keywords stay.

Tags and notes stay on your Mac. They’re included when you export, and import combines them with yours.

Your AI agent can add or remove tags and notes with the tag_keywords tool.
