Gems and gem rules
A gem is a keyword you don’t track yet, relevant to one of your tracked apps, that is much more popular than it is hard. It’s marked with a coral diamond.
Gem rules
Section titled “Gem rules”By default a keyword is a gem when its popularity is at least 20 and at least 10 points above its difficulty. Change Minimum popularity and Minimum lead over difficulty in Settings › Gem Rules. Restore defaults puts them back.
Gem rules choose which gems you see. They don’t change what Keywordee looks for.
Finding gems
Section titled “Finding gems”Keywordee scans both stores for keywords that could be gems. Select a tracked app and open Gems. It uses the same table as Keywords, with an Add button on each row and Add selected for many. A coral “N new” badge in the sidebar shows gems found since you last looked.
If you see “No gems under your gem rules”, loosen them in Settings › Gem Rules.
To be told when new gems appear, switch on Notify me about new gems in Settings › General. It’s off by default.
