Renewing and read-only

Keywordee is an annual subscription. Manage it from Settings › License › Customer Portal, where you can renew, cancel, update payment details and get invoices.

When a license lapses

Keywordee becomes read-only. A yellow banner under the toolbar says so and has a Renew link.

  • Everything on your Mac stays visible.
  • Everything that adds, changes or fetches data is disabled.
  • Export still works.
  • Your AI agent, through the MCP server or the command-line tool, can still use whatever only reads what’s on your Mac.

Renew, and Keywordee picks up where it left off. A disabled license, for example after a refund, behaves the same way.
